Postpartum is a sublime, amazing, and challenging time. Postnatal yoga focuses on healing, energizing, strengthening and re-toning the body as it recovers from giving birth. In addition, a postpartum practice facilitates a more conscious connection to both your baby and yourself, expanding your ability to be fully present in your mothering. One of the greatest aspects of class is sharing in the support and wisdom of a community of other new mamas.
Please note: Camille is enjoying her maternity leave and babymoon, having given birth to daughter Helena Sofia on September 13th. She looks forward to getting back to teaching and reconnecting with all the wonderful mamas beginning in November. She should be back full-time in early January. In the meantime, her warm and gifted substitute teachers continue to facilitate MotherWise classes, while Camille continues to be available via email and telephone
Also: Please note that there are NO classes during the week of Thanksgiving (November 26th and 29th). In addition, MotherWise is taking a short holiday hiatus between December 16th and January 1st. Classes will resume their regular schedule beginning January 3rd. Warm winter wishes to everyone

Drop in is $12. A package of five classes is $55 and ten classes is $95. Added bonus—former prenatal students get their first postnatal class free!
