Yoga for Pregnancy, Labor & Birth

Sat. (10-11:15am) & Wed. (5:30-6:30pm)

Pregnancy is a wonderfully transformative time, bringing many changes and opportunities to grow.  A prenatal yoga practice leads to greater mind, body and spirit awareness.  This enhanced awareness deepens the mothers ability to respond in the moment, an ability that will be called upon frequently during labor, birth...and parenting too!

Please note: Camille is enjoying her maternity leave and babymoon, having given birth to daughter Helena Sofia on September 13th. She looks forward to getting back to teaching and reconnecting with all the wonderful mamas beginning in November. She should be back full-time in early January. In the meantime, her warm and gifted substitute teachers continue to facilitate MotherWise classes, while Camille continues to be available via email and telephone

Also: Please note that there are NO classes during the week of Thanksgiving (November 26th and 29th). In addition, MotherWise is taking a short holiday hiatus between December 16th and January 1st. Classes will resume their regular schedule beginning January 3rd. Warm winter wishes to everyone

Classes are held at Zenana Spa and Wellness Center, located at 2024 SE Clinton St, Portland, OR, 97202.

Pricing

Drop in is $12.  A package of five classes is $55 and ten classes is $95.  Added bonus—former prenatal students get their first postnatal class free!
